ITINERARY
​

Day 1 – Arrive Jaipur

​

Visit Jantar Mantar, the ancient observatory which has the world’s largest sundial. Nearby, the City palace museum houses interesting artefacts, most notable are the huge silver urns that were used to carry water for the Maharaja during his trip to England. Visit the colourful local markets in the evening.

​

O/n Jaipur.

 

Day 2– Jaipur

​

Amber Palace gives us an idea of the opulent life of the royals. Notable is the Hall of Mirrors and the magic flower carved in marble in one of the pillars in this Hall. Visit Nahargarh fort and make a photo stop at the Jal Mahal.

Day 3 – Jaipur - Jodhpur

​

Start early for Jodhpur, stopping at villages of dhurrie makers, potters, etc. In Jodhpur, visit the imposing Meherangarh fort.

Day 4 –  Jodhpur - Udaipur

​

The landscape changes as we leave Jodhpur, the desert vegetation transforms into thick forests on rolling mountains. We stop at Ranakpur Jain temple notable for intricately sculpted marble. End the day with a relaxing boat ride on Lake Pichola in Udaipur.

Day 5 – Udaipur

​

The City Palace of Udaipur narrates the valour of the Mewar Kings. The artefacts and paintings that decorate the palace speak of a great legacy. Evening cultural show at Baghore ki haveli.

Day 6 – Departure Udaipur

 

On time transfer to airport / train station.
